Have you ever walked into fog so thick that you can't see the street in front of you? It can be quite eerie seeing the houses nearby suddenly disappear into a vague whiteness. As my sister and I did this photoshoot, we started feeling that at any moment, we could walk off a cliff and never know it!
When we reached the waterfront, a strangely beautiful sight greeted us: the fog made it seem like the sea blended right into the sky. For a moment, I knew what it was like to be blind---staring straight into a wall of whiteness, struggling to see, but unable to make out anything. I had never felt so alone, looking off into the end of the world.
For one afternoon, the beauty of nature made me feel like I was walking around in heaven, or in a fantasy world, and it's likely a sight I won't forget for a long time.
By the way....
Doesn't that last picture look like one of those motivational images that hipsters are always posting all over instagram or Pinterest? You know, the ones with a faded background, lens filter, and white floaty text spelling out some teenage angst?

(To be honest, I did feel very hipster today, walking around in all black, taking pictures of scenery that could be used for motivational posters).
Well, I've taken the liberty of captioning my beautiful photography for easy pinning.
Enjoy pinning! Follow me on pinterest here!
And if you are bold enough to actually pin these images, I suppose I shall have to offer some kind of reward. Blog promo, anyone?
